We built Kiwi Money because, like you, we’re tired of apps that hoard personal data—especially sensitive financial info. That’s why every transaction message is processed directly on your phone. No OTPs, no personal chats, no promotions — nothing ever leaves your device.

The only time we ask for your help is when the app encounters a new, unidentified bank alert we haven’t seen before. Even then, it’s entirely up to you — you can choose to share that message via our SMS Support page, or skip it completely.

This support system is totally optional and simply helps our small team make the app smarter — for you and everyone else who uses it (thanks to folks like you!). But again, the choice is 100% yours.

We started Kiwi Money with the mindset that your data should stay yours — and we’re committed to keeping it that way.
