Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Kiwi Money. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

- You must be 18 or older.
- This app is for you, not your business.
- You own your data, but you give us permission to process it so the app works.
- Payments are managed by Apple/Google. Important: Switching to a Lifetime plan does not automatically cancel your old subscription—you must do that manually!
- We provide the tools, but you make the financial decisions. We are not financial advisors.
🌍1. Introduction & Eligibility
Kiwi Money helps you track and manage your expenses. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
- Personal Use Only: Kiwi Money is provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this App for business accounting or commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
📥2. Your Responsibilities & Content License

User Content License: You own all the financial data and information you enter or sync. However, by using Kiwi Money, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that data solely to provide you with the App's features (like categorization and insights).
💳3. Subscriptions and Payments
We offer monthly, annual, and lifetime plans via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat.

You are responsible for manually canceling your old subscription in your device settings to avoid being double-charged.
- Refunds: All payments and refunds are managed by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies.
- Forfeiture: If you delete your account or uninstall the App, you forfeit any early-user discounts or promotional offers.
🏆4. Referrals & Leaderboards
Participation in referral programs or leaderboards is voluntary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end these programs at any time. Any fraudulent activity or abuse of these programs may result in the loss of rewards or account suspension.
⚖️5. Disclaimer & Liability
- "As-Is" Service: Kiwi Money is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure.
- Not Financial Advice: The App is an informational tool for educational purposes only. Categorization is done on a best-effort basis and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying your data before making financial decisions.
